Non-Emergency

Metro 911 has non-emergency numbers that can be used to contact law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies in Kanawha County for informational purposes. The non-emergency numbers may also be used in the event that you cannot reach us using 911.  Dial (304) 348-8111 or (304) 357-0191.

Addressing Office

Our Addressing Department is responsible for addressing, mapping and maintenance of private street signs in the unincorporated areas of Kanawha County.  The addressing office can be reached at (304) 746-8758.
